This hotel is an absolute gem in the hills above Salzburg. The location is perfect - a small quiet suburb with breathtaking views. The staff here are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean and tidy, with the added bonus of a balcony to soak in the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast served is varied and delicious, offering a great start to the day.
No issues whatsoever, everything was top-notch.

The hotel manager was very friendly and very helpful. The view was beautiful from our room. It was very nice to eat breakfast out on the terrace enjoying the view of the mountains.
The hotel was further from Salzburg than we had hoped. It took us about 20 minutes to get there. But if you want to enjoy the quietness and beauty of the mountains, plus being fairly close to the city, this was a nice place.

The owner speaks good english, is helpful and good adviser.
The room in the guesthouse were we had been hosted instead of hotel, was unpleasant: bad sound insulation, used furniture, ancient towels, freezing over night.

I had a great stay at this hotel located in a peaceful suburb close to the lake district and tourist spots. The hotel facilities were fantastic, providing a spacious and clean room with a balcony that had a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. The hosts were very welcoming and provided excellent service and advice on transportation and local restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast served on the terrace was delicious and of high quality.
Nothing all good.

The hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is very well located. In the in-house restaurant a daily, three course menu is suggested which offers good value at a very good price.
The rooms are slightly outdated, however not uncomfortable. The bathrooms on the other hand have been refurbished.

The staff was really helpful and kind, the breakfast very good and the room spacious
The light in the room was too low. It was difficult even to read a book

Spent Easter weekend at a charming hotel nestled in the hills with breathtaking views of the countryside. The staff was very welcoming and provided useful information about local attractions. The room had a cozy sofa area and was equipped with all essential amenities. The location was superb, close to nearby lakes and a short drive to the city.
Although breakfast was adequate, some of the cooked items offered were not as varied as other places. The sliding door to the bathroom was a bit difficult to open and the furniture in the room was a bit basic. However, these were minor issues and did not detract from our overall enjoyable experience.

Great location with easy access to nearby lakes and Salzburg city. the building is charming, cozy and very warm even during December. the staff was friendly and offered helpful info for our holiday planning. We enjoyed the powerful shower and spacious room with its lovely balcony.
There was no Wi-Fi, which we desperately needed to stay connected with our families during Xmas. the breakfast was more basic than expected, lacking in cooked items but had a good cheese selection.

We stayed there for two nights on our way to Croatia. It was a convenient location for visiting Salzburg and nicer priced than hotels in the city centre. Breakfast was fine and the staff were extremely friendly.
Room very basic but not really a problem for two nights.

It's more than a 4 star hotel. Everything was excellent. We stayed in 5 hotels in Austria, this one was the best. The stuff is paying attention to customers and everything, the breakfast was the best one we ever had. More than that, it has a daily menu, so you don't need to worry about dinner. The surroundings are beautiful.
